It depends on the site you joined with if they pay DIRECT to Bitcoin address you can use Blockchain.info, Xapo.com, Coins.ph or even Bitcoin Exchanges addresses whatever.
Bitcoin Address is the alphanumeric you can see on the image 
But if the site stated that they only pay via Xapo or Coinbase for example, you have to use Xapo or Coinbase email address just like PayPal and transfer it from Xapo to your local Bitcoin address, coins.ph in the Philippines or coinbase.com in the USA or Luno/Remitano in Malaysia, etc etc.

I actually consider myself quite knowledgeable in this topic since I do both trading and mining of altcoins. Then again, having to explain it to someone via a comment can be really challenging since it's a really complex topic. What I can suggest though is watch videos on Youtube about it. There are loads of those and they are actually very easy to understand.
