Searching for Large construction companies for large scale construction projects

I am looking for large construction companies capable of large scale construction of towns or cities in Africa. These companies should be prepared to undertake long-term prjects of about 20 to 25 years. Payment is guaranteed from oil revenues! Please let me know whether this is possible ASAP.
