Received damaged envelope

So I was suppose to get my replacement wedding ring today that was camo I posted about last week. Well, needless to say, I am trying to get my refund from Mercari because when I received my package, it had a huge hole in it and no ring. The picture is posted to this post. Even the seller wasn't too happy about it because I have to be refunded for an item I was counting on. I am not happy. Now this makes me want to even look harder to find my old camo ring I lost. I went from excited to devastated in the matter of minutes. Prayers I get my money back...

That is sad. I do not like to order things in the mail because I am not sure what shape or I will even get them. I am sorry that happened. I hope you found your ring. When I send calendars or other things to people I hope it all comes in one piece. Only one person told me something I sent her did not. I felt terrible about that so do not ask if she wants to order anything else from me. Others have gotten my things in good shape. I do not know what happened that one time.
