How often do you check emails?

Hi guys! I haven't visited my email processor for quite a long time now and I'm sure it's loaded with emails from websites I registered in and of course the never ending spam messages. Not to mention notifications from facebook. Do you know how to stop facebook from sending notifications to our email processor? Have you cleaned your emails lately?

I have several emails depending on my purpose, lately my Gmail is is being used more often cause it's like kind of built into my smart phone. The yahoos are accessed more on my desktop.

I see. I have the same account in both email processors too. But I already abandoned my yahoo. I'm more on gmail today. It is more user friendly.

I will visit whenever I am free. I will clean my emails now and then if I don't want them I will mark as spam or block or unsubscribe them.

My email accounts are installed on my phone, so l get notifications immediately a new email comes in. You can stop Facebook from sending messages to you through the Facebook setting.
