This particular book is probably not one that would be read for entertainment purposes, unless the reader was a political science and economics fan. Anyone else would only read this book as a college or work-related assignment.
On an academic level, I would give the book a 9 out of 10. The authors, Mark Price, Walter Mores, and Hundley Elliotte relate how to develop efficient and understandable government processes. The book is well-organized and easy to follow. While reading this book, it becomes evident, to the reader, why government (in its current format) does not function efficiently. One can see how corruption has easily taken root and how the Constitution is being undermined (even though it is not a book on the Constitution). This book would be beneficial to leaders in government, business, and military.
