Small Rise in their wages

A gaggle of workers gathered expecting a rise in their wages. Rumour going around there that the rise is expected to be only 3% of their basic wage. Many complained about such small increase, while a few others who are always grateful said that such increase was not to be sniffed at. What's your take mylotters?

Of course, salary rise, small though it is, will make them happy.

Here in my area, the hight housing price and commodity price are far affordable to the workers.
