Congrats coffee drinkers

Due to its caffeine coffee used to be hated. For this reason, many people stay away from it. According to research, coffee caffeine has temporary negative effect until it is released into the blood stream as extra energy. It is the caffeine that plays a role in reducing the risk of suffering from cirrhosis, Parkinson's and many more dangerous diseases. Things to be borne in mind is that we mustn't drink excessively: 4 - 5 cups will suffice. Are you coffee drinkers? What's your opinion on this?

Great. Sometimes, I drink coffee with milk. But for health reasons, I prefer black coffee without sugar.

Of course, we shouldn't drink it too much. 5 cups would be fine.

The only side effect is that when you drink too much of it, you will have slightly elevated blood pressure and it will disappear shortly.
