Some say they exercise, some say drink some herbal tea, some say they wear trimming down girdle, some say it's better to just leave yourself the way you are and some say it's best to go under the knife and have some surgery done. I wonder what's the best option out there to chose from to loose out some skin, weight and excess fat.

exercise , proper diet, control over fast foods ,avoiding sweets and sugar, swimming ,all these can reduce fat. But surgery method is very risky.

I won't go under the knife. If I had to lose weight, I would dance and eat healthy.

I think combination of healthy and restricted diet coupled with regular walking and exercise will help reduce your weight.

@Lizirazo Yes, you could go for walking, when you have time. Although, it is said that best time to walk is early in the morning or when the sun is about to set.

@dpk262006 Yes you are right. The kids go to school as early as 7:15AM, so maybe I'll take 30 minutes walk afterwards.

Proper diet and exercise will do. You can exercise at home and need not go out. As for meals, avoid sugary drinks like soda and sweets because these will fatten your belly.

Exercise and propper eatting does it. Surgeriesare just a permenant thing especially if the bad habits come back that caused the excess fat to begin with.

Balance diet, a little bit of exercise and don't forget to drink a glass of juice every morning is a better option.
