Favorite Acoustic Songs #10 - "Creep"

The theme for this particular music countdown came from an idea by @NJChicaa who suggested that those of us that write about music do a series on MTV Unplugged bands. Unfortunately, I rarely got a chance to watch the show, so I am not able to rank those bands. So, I picked ten acoustic songs. #10 is an acoustic rendition of "Creep" by Radiohead.
Vocalist Thom Yorke has said that "Creep" was about a drunk guy that begins stalking a woman that he fancies.
The original version, from their 1993 debut album, Pablo Honey, did fairly well for itself. The song stalled at #34 on the Billboard Hot 100 (but reached #2 on the Hot Modern Rock Tracks chart,) and #7 in the UK. All told, "Creep" charted in 16 countries.
While the linked song is from an MTV Unplugged episode, there is no actual video showing the band. Too bad, but you might still enjoy it without a proper video.

One of the trademark songs of Radiohead.
'I don't belong here...' , the voice and instruments are haunting.

@teamfreak16 yeah. I guess the band got tired of this song. Happens to some bands I know. They refuse to play a certain song even though everyone in the crowd is waiting for that song.

I was kind of bummed when they didn't play this when I saw them.

@allen0187 - It's something that I can see getting tired of a song. I'd bet a lot of bands burn out on certain songs.

I think so. It's my second favorite, behind "The Magnificent Seven.

@arthurchappell - I got two discussions confused. I thought we were talking about The Clash. I like "The National Anthem" best.

But I'm a creep, I'm 'a weirdo oh, what the hell am I doing here? I don't belong here.....
Love that song. I think I was in high school or a at a university when this song became a hit I was in all concerts of local bands back then. Never paid for a ticket though since my friends had this alternative band and they do the front act in every single concert here, thus we go back stage and never paid for a concert ticket.
