What's for dinner - Shipwreck Casserole

In honor of Talk Like A Pirate Day, I made Shipwreck Casserole for dinner. I took a picture of it, but it didn't turn out, so you have this picture of a shipwreck in Hawaii instead.
I've made it before, but the recipe I used last time called for tater tots and canned tomato soup and frozen carrots, and I substituted fresh diced carrots and cubed potatoes and used a can of stewed tomatoes.
Wow, was that a popular meal! I didn't expect it to go over as well as it did, but everyone had seconds and finished off the whole batch. I've been asked to put this one into regular rotation, and I think I will!

It has browned ground beef and onion too, or at least my version did.

@spiderdust We normally do not have casseroles here haha but really anything without carrots. cooked carrots are a big no no in my life haha

When I first told the family we were eating Shipwreck Casserole, they were a little leery of it, thinking I just threw a bunch of weird things together and gave it a name. They sure changed their minds when they ate it though!
