Harley Quinn will not be on the Gotham television show

Someone up there likes me since the one D C Comics book character that makes my skin crawl is Harley Quinn who she is either the partner of The Joker or a hero on the "D C Super Hero Girls" cartoon that is on You Tube.
It is evident that the powers that be on the Fox television show "Gotham" do not want to overexpose Harley Quinn despite her popularity in the Batman universe.
Since I like to write satire of Harley Quinn, maybe she is busy avoiding the wrath of the Lexicon Bandits (Donna and Debi Isthmus and Panama Squirrel) who wonder why Harley is so loved by her fan base since she is either a masochist being the partner of the Joker.

My favorite anti hero is Duela Dent who goes by the name Harelquin who was a good gal/bad gal on the 1970s Teen Titans comic book series.
