six pack doesn't mean bone, it means a fit body! If it's bone, all the lean people will be counted to have six packs

@shaynas i know just six pack is not enough to attract women, girls prefer it but, six packs is actually walls of the stomach, which helps in digestion . If you have six pack, you abs helps to reduce your belly fat by constant rubbing of walls with skin

@shaynas yes i have been into it, its been 2 months now, i am hitting weights, running, i am sweating like a water pump, i am still having my belly fat, it is so difficult, i am jumping and jumping and jumping, its difficult to workout one the middle part of body
