Everywhere you go you will come across homeless people. While I was in London Zone 1, I came across these kinds of people. They were sitting on the sidewalk, subways, and on the thingy. In my country, many of them sit on the pedestrian bridges and near the entrance to restaurants. Some of them or maybe most of them are organized by criminals to earn money by begging. What is your take on this dear mylotters?

The government should take care of them. Don't you think so?

They may huts somewhere else but possibly pretend they have no home to attract people's attention.

In Japan there are many "homeless" communities of day workers. They are actually organized and have leaders. They often live in tents or under umbrellas, and sleep in train stations when it is cold or rainy. They don't want to have to pay high rent (or can't). Many of them are mentally ill, but they do work and not beg (I have never seen beggars in Japan although I hear that those wounded in the war-- like WW2 that is-- used to beg.) Unfortunately, the criminal gangs in Japan are rich (yakuza) and extort money from other people. They would never let a gang member be homeless. In my country they are the scary ones!

The leaders are behind the screen, right? We never know their faces, do we?

I had an experience with beggars, before I gave them coins when they asked me but now, after that incident I didnt give them anything. Before when im about to go to school one kid approach me and asked money, I gave him because he is really pitiful, after received it from he then spit on my face. After that whoever beggar asked me for something I have a trauma and just ignore them.

Some may be really homeless. Others can be organized by criminals so that ,the criminals will also get a share from this money they get by begging..

Exactly. I agree with you on that point. It happens here as well.

Homeless people are found in cities. They are found on roads. I used to pity them before but not any more after few incidents. One for instance.. some rugs or blankets are distributed to homeless people on Christmas Eve, we went on that way again and did not find the rugs with them. When enquired one person told , they sold all of the rugs which are distributed in a market. ..we felt ... what...
