You have been approved for a fifteen thousand dollar loan - Yea! Right!

Calls come in quite often in our home and it annoys me to the max. I don't want a loan. This is a bait tactic by a lousy credit collection agency to bait you to call them back only to switch you to a credit collection agent just waiting to give you their blasting threats. Well, this is just my belief. I may be wrong. But then, I will never return a call to their Toll-Free number so I will never really know why I get these calls almost every day on our landline phone. And if I had an iPhone the same thing would probably happen. Are Robocalls legal? look at the following article to find out more:
Most robocalls are illegal. But if you’ve answered a phone lately, you know they’re happening anyway. Here’s how you can fight back.

This is why I got caller ID. If I do not recognize the number; I do nor answer.

Yep. Caller ID is pretty much needed and let the answer machine screen all your calls.

Now I am glad that there is no one to call and that no one calls me unless it is someone I know.

I consider that to be very fortunate. You are very very lucky not to have this type of thing occur on your home phone or cell phone. It would be a headache if it did happen to you I can tell ya for sure.

We no longer have a landline at home and only use our mobiles. I used to quite enjoy winding up the cold callers but would never call up after a robo call. Heard a few cases in the UK of people returning the call to find they had called a premium line and and charged a fortune on their next bill.

Yes, that is very likely.
