Private Email Address for Official Use

This morning I read an article that said that high-ranking officials used their private email addresses. It is not against the law to use private email addresses for business/official matters. However, official email addresses should be used instead of private email addresses.
What email address do you use for your official/business matters?

I am thinking if you have a lot of emails, that will be a lot of work and you even forget to remember your password.
