hope you have a good christmas and best wishes to your husband in Iraq. Will you re-celebrate Christmas when he gets home? How long has he been away. It must be hard for you. I do not think i would cope with my husband working away. thanks for your comment x

Well its a process. I shop a good two to three months before so I am not overwhelmed the week before. Than I wrap a couple presesnts a day so again, I am not overwhelmed. Then there is christmas cookies to bake and cards to send and whatever else falls on my plate. I usually travel to family on the day of but my dream is to someday have everyone come to me and I would get to cook a wonderful holiday meal! I love the holidays! :)

you sound very well organised. i always plan to start early like you but generally it doens't turn out that way. though i did do quite a bit earlier on this year. its the cards that i'm always late getting ready. really must buy some soon and get writing. maybe its worth considering computer generated ones....far less work and they might even get sent before christmas!!
