Puerto Rico and The American Virgin islands

My heart goes out to the people of Puerto Rico as well as The American Virgin Islands. I hardly know what to say and I wonder how persons in these places are dealing with the upheaval and lack of services. I admire all of you. However, I am also hearing about severe crime in the area by organized crime groups. We need more U. S. military sent in to protect the people as well as to assist. I did not realize until the last few days that there are still tourists and other visitors stuck in the airports trying to get back to their homes. I hope the situation improves soon.
