Can we make a group in Mylot ?

I don't think so. If you have a Facebook account why not do it on there.

Yes @Tina30219 you are absolutely right. I came to know that it is not possible to make a group in mylot interface. Thank you.

There are no facilities for making 'groups'. myLot is nothing like Facebook or other social media sites. You can follow other members (and they you, if they want to) but all discussions are open to everyone (unless the discussion owner has blocked you).
