How do you know?

We never know that we are going to come down with flu until you start sneezing. I always sneeze a lot and have running nose when the flu is going to attack me.
Before all these symptoms, we can actually be informed of the coming disease by means of a heart monitor. Using a heart rate monitor we are informed of our resting heart rate. The lower the resting heart rate, the healthier we are. If all of a sudden your resting heart rate rises, then you have to be careful. Are you going to get ill: flu, cough, etc?

@yanzalong If my heart rate goes up when I am not doing much activity Its often because I am coming down with a cold or flu of some sort.

Me, sneezing with running nose doesn't mean I'm going to go down with a flu. It only means I'm allergic to something.

Are you? Me too allergic to dust. Every morning I sneeze 10 x. However, I can differentiate the sneeze that indicates that I am about to come down with flue.

if i wake up with a sore throat or if i'm sneezing, i know i will have a cough and cold. i don't know if my heart rate increases, but i notice that my blood pressure seem lower when i'm sick.
