Yes, it sounds really creepy but then Halloween is coming and I stumbled over some really strange places you can find in the U.S. In the state of Alabama there is a spooky playground next to Maple Hill which is the oldest cemetery in Huntsville. There is a page to both the playground and the cemetery on Facebook.
Let’s take a look at what is so creepy here. This playground was supposedly designed to keep children entertained while their parents visited loved ones at the cemetery. According to legend the children that have died and have been buried in the cemetery have discovered this playground and they come out to play at night.
Now I don’t know about you but you wouldn’t find me in a cemetery at night. However people have observed light orbs sliding down the slide, seen the swings swinging by themselves and even heard giggling. What makes this all creepier is that among these spirits are victims of a rash of child murders that occurred back in the 1960s and whose bodies were found in the area that is now occupied by the playground.
The playground was opened in 1985 and when in 2007 the city was thinking of closing the playground to make room for more graves the public demanded that they keep the playground and they put in more modern equipment which was most likely well received by both living children and the spirits.
Anyone want to do some ghost hunting?

I would go during the day but not so much at night. I think I'm more afraid of the creepy people that might be in a cemetery at night though than the spirits of children.

Not into the ghost hunting thing. Reality is scary enough.
