Former Cleveland Browns, Dallas Cowboys and Houston Texans quarterback Brandon Weeden who became a free agent last month when the Titans released him, has landed on his feet by signing a deal with the Tennessee Titans on Tuesday.
The Titans needed another quarterback due to a hamstring injury to their starting quarterback Marcus Mariota this past Sunday.
Even though the injury to Mariota is not that severe, Titans head coach Mike Mularkey will decide before game time if Mariota or his backup Matt Cassell will be the starting quarterback next Sunday when the Miami Dolphins host the Titans at the Hard Rock Café in Miami Florida.
Weeden is basically an extra quarterback on the Titans roster if Cassell gets the nod to start against the Dolphins and Mariotta is not able to make his next scheduled start.

Clearly Kap is blacklisted in the NFL! Kap is perfect for the Titans offense as they need a mobile QB for their plays.
