Oct 6- How do I publish an Ebook?

I had read several members from Listingdock that Ebook is one of the way to earn money online. I had never tried my hands on ebook and don't even know where to start from.
Does anyone knows how to use or publish an ebook? I wanted to publish my recipes through ebook and earn money from there. Do you know any sites that is free to use? How many recipes does an ebook contain? Need some advice from you guys.

It is best to look at all your opinions, do some research, there are many people here that have actually done ebooks and it is pretty cool! Hopefully you get some help and research a bit

I think it was Janet Geisl who wrote about how to publish an ebook. Remember her for Blogjob or so? This might help you.
