What do you like in a ramen?

I like it spicy. I also put a tablespoon of cheese spread on it and fresh egg so it will give that salty milky flavor.
I also put some mushrooms on it. Most of the time I like beef or pork while my husband likes seafood. In the picture, it is one of the meals we ate along with gyudon (beef rice bowls) and crépe last time.
What do you usually put in a ramen?

I tried putting the picture in this post but no matter how many times I edit, the picture doesn't attach. Well, I guess this is one of those days which either this site or my phone is acting really weird.
Putting chicaron is nice! It reminds me of La Paz Batchoy.

Yeah. Especially when they are crunchy and hot with lemon.

@JustBhem I haven't tried it with lemon. I'll probably try it in the future. I've tried eating a noodle that's called "kansi" which also has that citrusy taste, too. But instead of pork, the meat is beef.

Can't see a photo. you might want to edit this post of yours.
As for your question, I like my ramen spicy as well so either hot sauce or hot chili flakes in oil will do.

I was trying to edit my post but my data connection is too slow that it doesn't allow me to put my picture on it. I might try to do it with a wifi
