OMG exede internet officially has the worst customer service ever

so it never fails that i get someone clueless. Today it took perhaps 30 minutes to explain I wanted to divide my payment on two separate credit cards, one being my regular payment method. I can't do this online, because their bill never comes out until the day of, you never know exactly how much it will be, and I doubt they would let me do it online, They would just charge my regular payment method. Then I asked about my IP address as I am getting the message when I set up my printer it is not configured correctly,,and of course the guy said I needed to contact the router company which I am not sure is correct...but of course he kept me on hold forever, while he checked it out. The internet isn't bad when I have all my bandwidth..but I have never worked with a company who had worse customer service honestly. I don't like to complain..but they are the pits. Who has the worst customer service in your opinion?
