What is wrong with ambition anyway?

Do you consider yourself an ambitious person? If your answer is YES, have you ever felt guilty thinking that way?
Unfortunately, the term "ambition" (in the financial sense of the word) is kind of related to things / people / bad attitudes... But how do you see this kind of association?

Ambition is necessary to achieve something In life. There's nothing wrong in being ambitious, infact it acts as a driving force

There is nothing wrong with ambition. I'd rather do everything I can to achieve my goals than idly sit by and watch the world go by.

I am very ambitious, but I am not cocky, people who get cocky or arrogant are the wrong kind of ambitious. Or people who have morbid ambitions...Heh haha! But for me, ambition means you have a goal and you are determined to get that goal which I wouldn't think is a bad thing.

Having an ambition helps one to fight for his dream. I wanted to be a baker but failed to fight for it
