Can you reset the modem and
router lif'something throws the
cable ilnternet off line?
It is vry simple really but you
have to learn the procedure.Fo r
m yself ilts pullout the amallest wire
on the modem wait one nunute
hgen put uit back iinm, Nioiw wailt one
'mhbute and pUKLL out the smallest wilre
on the router, wait one mi nute then
put'the wire back in place,'
The servers will now all be on line and the caLE
IS agaibn w orking

Why call someone when you can do it yourself!! Good job Patsie. I have had to reset our modem several times. Pain in the butt when it goes down while you are trying to accomplish something.
