I had seen the days from Yahoo messenger,Orkut ,Linkedin, Facebook and Mylot momentarily. The tremendous difference I could see is I can find a lot of elderly/old people as well on MyLot and I am glad to see their presence.
Everyone in society or social events would talk on the topics associated to youngsters like love, affair, marriage, kids, new car/home or they would ask about any new break in career from the ppl in 20s, they would only ask of well being of old and retired people like their health.Dont these flock of people feel abandoned because they dont have a toasting pic on fb in an unexplored classy bar or they did nt celebrate newyear in Goa.
I visit many families where could hear only chatters of young crowds and elderly people are not being spoken to but I can see some old Mylotters who interact here and should be reciprocated as well.

I think myLot is a great place for elderly people to come so they don't feel isolated. They can also give us the benefit of their wisdom.
Wait a minute... I might be considered elderly by some. But not by me.
