@MarleneAM I recently bought a fitness tracker that tracked my sleeping hours breaking it down to deep sleep and light sleep and noting the time I started to sleep and the time I woke up. Also, no social media and TV two hours before sleeping and I maintain my sleeping and waking hours even though it is my day off and I can sleep in.

I am so quick with falling asleep. A good read, a prayer and that's it...as soon as I close my eyes, I am off to dreamland.
