I am not an owl

Honestly, my activities in the daytime are disrupted if I only have a few hour sleep at night. To overcome this, I usually take some medication that can strengthen my stamina. Imagine what working from 7 to 18 would be like if you had only a few hour rest at night. Owls are different. They have more sleep in the daytime. A person will wreck his/her health if they are awake both at night and in the daytime. Don't you think so?

When I was away on a business trip I only slept about 3 hours each night for four days.

You must have worked hard during the night.

@yanzalong No, it was business meetings during the day, and fun with friends all night long until 4 or 6am.

I believe so. Lack of sleep also contributes to dementia.
