When was the last time you ate something new for the first time?

Well, yesterday I tried to eat octopus (at a lunch with some friends) for the first time and I assure you that it was the last time. I hate the taste (it's quite nauseating) and the smell is quite irritating. It's something permanently off my list of foods. How about you?

Not eat, but drink... I tried coffee-flavored Coke just the other day... Coke plus coffee sure makes a very interesting combination...

I think, for me it was a dish prepared with corned beef.By the way,I have no intention of trying out an octopus.

We love octopus! But I grew up with it. It's one of my little son's favorite . I had Japanese cheesecake for the first time a couple or so weeks ago, as @sishy7 already knows . It tastes nothing like octopus .

When I was living here in Israel for quite some time I had food I never tasted before and it was really good. I also discovered how much I love spicy food.
