Ant everywhere on the floor

No idea what caused the ant to be everywhere on the floor. I noticed no cracks found on the floor. Do they come from somewhere hidden? I was told that no ants should be killed. We only have to direct the ant out of the floor. What about you? what do you use to get rid of this ant?

Many people do this as we know ants strike back when disturbed.
