Is reheated food a problem for you?

What do you think about having to (re)heat up the food so that you can consume them again? Is that exactly a problem for you? I don't see any problem in that, but I'd rather avoid it to keep the benefits of food intact.

Re-heating my food is no problem for me but l prefer using the stove.

It's not a problem for me, it just depends on what it is. I love reheated spaghetti, and pizza but thee our just some things that can't be reheated.

I don't use microwave for reheating so no problem

no issues with reheating food .. I'd rather use a stove thought than use a microwave

not at all.... I re-heat leftovers and eat like fresh.. lol
