Do you trust the police in your country?

Well... With so many controversial behaviors coming from police officers around the world (some of them really weird / strange
... which may vary from country to country), I'd like to ask about the behavior of the police in your country.
So, do you trust them? The police really do their job as it should be?

Here I think the police are conspiring with the doctors. They are rough and they badly handle people innocent or not and often someone gets hurt and then the docs can have their way with them. So the police are another group to keep away from and lucky if you don't need them.

Yeah, I mostly do. However, sometimes I am intimidated by them, and sometimes I think that they are a bit annoying when they park themselves right in front of the school to try and catch a couple of parents' driving mistakes. It's like they are eager to get someone in trouble, not just to protect the community and enforce traffic laws.
