i install this software, but sorry to say it slow down my network..i can not browse internet faster than dialup connection.

No , it aint a search engine .. It is a p2p program .. used to share movies, music, games, documents .. you name it ! I used it earlier and have downloaded 4-5 GB of data .. Now i shifted to ARES .. coz my ISP blocked Limewire .. i guess

i've got it 2 and it's good indeed. you can downlaod anything on it: programs, video's pictures, music, anything. And fast 2. Ofcourse there are many alternatives and the most know Kazaa and bearshare, but i think limewire is the best.

I have LimeWire. It`s a great program that you can download from limewire.com. On the program you can search for any movies and music you want and download the songs into the program and save em to your computer. Then you can listen to them whenever you want. Any song!

There is this other one called KCEasy. It can connect to four different networks including Kazaa(for which u have to download a patch),Ares and 2 more.

Limewire is a great site to download music from. You can search for music by song, artist,album, or genre. They usually come back with a lot of results to choose from. Because most of the songs are put on there by other people, even if you don't know the name of a song you can usually find it if you know a popular/repeating line from it because people often post that as the name of the song. i would recommend this site if you want to download music.
