I don't have a favorite channel as I have cut many off and worn out others. I like Roku for streaming.

There is no best channel for me anymore, I've found that I don't need the extra bill for cable when I have crummy commercial free movies on Netflix

I don't have a TV there is nothing to watch here that is of interest to me. I can get the TV over the Internet if I want to. Instead I watch movies online and there is a great site Putlocker that I can watch all of my old TV series over through all the seasons. I am content with that.
