Favorite "Bodies of Water" Songs #10 - "Lady of the Lake"

Once again, I am gleefully stealing an idea from @FourWalls , who just finished up two music countdowns, one of songs with "river" in the title, one with other bodies of water titles. I'm combining both for this series, and we start with #10: "Lady of the Lake" by Rainbow. After leaving Deep Purple, guitarist Ritchie Blackmore formed Rainbow in 1975, with Ronnie James Dio on vocals, and a revolving door of band members: Blackmore famously hires and fires musicians so frequently that no Rainbow albums were recorded with the same lineup. From Rainbow's 1978 album, Long Live Rock and Roll, cited by the All Music Guide as the band's "last great album" (and, not coincidentally, Dio's swan song with the group,) "Lady of the Lake" was released as the B-Side to the single, "L.A. Connection." As is the case with much of the album, Ritchie Blackmore plays both guitar and bass on the track. I've linked to the album version. Enjoy! (Info verified by Wikipedia)

I like them no matter who the vocalist was, but Ronnie James was special.
