I am about to sleep that's why I am curious to know who among of the mylotters snores.. Are you? Honestly, I usually to snores when I'm tired. my sister told me that. I consulted a doctor and she told me to make an observation if my snoring continue and get worst I should go with the doctor and find out the cause. Snoring is generally accepted by the society now, but have you ever consulted your doctor if snoring is indeed a normal thing?

My fiance tells me that I snore but he snores too. Nothing too loud or hard to deal with.

I snore when I'm tired as well. If the snoring is really bad, it is best to seek medical advice to check if the person has sleep apnea already.

@cttolledo yup. If you or your partner are losing sleep because of snoring, a consultation with a doctor is much needed.

I think there's a certain level that we should look after.. if it's too loud I think we need to consult a doctor.. there's nothing wrong of consulting just to make sure that everything is doing well.

@cttolledo that is what we nurses advise to those who have snoring problems. or maybe, you can have someone vigorously waking you up when your snoring starts. a strong shake will do the job. my amusing opinion.

Snoring could be a sign of sleep apnea.
