Looks like another broken router

I received a call from my brother's maid and requested me to call customer service. The problem was that they couldn't turn on the modem. Before I called them I asked them about the adapter and she said that it was working. It's finally getting replaced. I saw it coming since I witness them sometimes banging the router just to make it work. I hope they would get another wifi router.. Did you experience having a broken router?

@Letranknight2015 That's nice to hear. If it happens to me, I am totally wrecked.lol Since I cannot able to cancel my online classes once it was being booked by the students.

Oh man it comes with age, the router may have served them well in years and it need to retire also.
