I think your hair had reached its maximum length of growth. I suggest that you get a trim and some Hair Spa treatment

At the moment I'm constantly picking off hairs from my shoulders or chest. How is it with you? Do you also notice losing more hairs during the fall/autumn...

My hair is falling out, too. I've tried various treatments that were supposed to help, but I'm still showing a lot of scalp these days.

@BarBaraPrz Maybe a coconut rub massage on your scalp might help in giving your hair a healthy way of growing it back
