Do you list things you want to buy? I don't. I just try to remember what I want to buy. The problem is that there are always things I didn't buy. I remembered them when I got home.
What about you, do you remember all you want to buy? So, when you remembered that there were things you didn't buy, did you go back to the shop or try to find them at the nearest shop?

You have to make shopping list before leaving for market or shops like I always do.

that's why i make a list so i don't forget and i can decide which ones are urgent, which ones can be delayed for next time, because it also depends on my budget.
my list is in my phone. if you don't have pen/pencil or paper at home, then maybe you can list it in your phone, too, or text it to yourself.

Some people make a shopping list if they have many things to buy, especially when the shopping is done right after pay day.

@yanzalong payday here is 15th and 30th of the month, so those days, the mall and supermarkets and restaurants and movie houses enjoy high sales

When i go shopping i do not write out the list i make a voice message on my cell phone and then just play it when i get to store to make sure i have everything I needed from there.

I make a shopping list when a large of different kinds of things I need to buy. Men usually have no shopping lists as shopping is usually taken care of by their wives.

Maybe it takes hours to list what to buy. You have bought things listed but the list is not complete. Lol.

So, you don't need a shopping list. I think you should need it as you sometimes forget the items.

If it's not grocery shopping, I don't list them at all. I just pick whatever I need and like.

I try to make a list but sometimes I end up gettings that aren't in the list
