As 14 diyas, the 2nd day of Deepawali festival, the festival of lights are celebrated by lighting 14 mud diyas, there are different types of diyas used. The panchapradip, meaning 5 diyas together, is lit having the shape of shankha or counch, is lit. The shankha pradip is curved out from mud with the shape of the counch.
