Can you make a bonfire on your own?

I mean making a bonfire without having to use matches or something that produces fire artificially. You have to make "your own" fire from scratch to make the magic happen. So, can you do that?

I can but I don't like taking the time to do it I would rather use a match.

You mean like rubbing sticks together? I'm a master fire builder. But I start my fires with a match or lighter.

I haven't tried it before, but I think I can do it. However, since there is a match, why don't you choose the easier way?
