Oh how inflammation can be a pain. Any person who has an auto immune condition can relate. Once the swelling comes the pain comes with the swelling. There are ways to manage at home. Managing the pain doesn't mean that persons shouldn't see their physician. The weather can really affect the mobility and cause joints to become swollen and inflamed.
1. Taking a long warm bathe can help. Perhaps some green alcohol will do the trick.
2. Over the counter pain relief helps. Even ingredients in the kitchen cabinet works.
3. Drinking plenty of water will help with hydration which can also help with any joint pain.
4. Placing the legs up so that they're in a position to rest.
5. Gentle massages are very helpful.
The suggestions above are in no way in replacement of seeing a physician. The above information is for home use/ home remedies. Consulting with a physician is of importance. Being comfortable will help patients and it's always nice to decrease the inflammation and to obtain pain relief.
