To start with, I want to be original. But if you are reading this because of the dog in the man's suit then you were just curious right? Of course you were. We all tend to roll our eyes over a post that has a funny or nice looking pic, even if we don't even care what we read in the post. I had breakfast this morning. Yea, right. Doesn't everybody? Well, not everybody has hot grits. In fact, most people don't even know what grits are. Yea, so? What's your point Anthony? My point is, if I tell you what I had for breakfast you will think , HOW BORING. But it is original, right? No it isn't because most writers at some point in their life will write what they HAD FOR BREAKFAST and because of this, it is not exactly original. Some one else thought of this topic long before you did! Okay, I don't do much. I sit and type on the keyboard and listen to music over the computer from my music collection. My wife is watching a playback from a DVR recorder of whatever was on the night before. She also had grits for breakfast. So, at this point I realize, there is nothing new to write about if I only want to talk about WHAT I HAD FOR BREAKFAST. But, if I want to make it interesting I can write more into the post by elaborating on it with a bunch of nonsense like for instance ... When the phone rang as I was having breakfast, GOOD START, sounds like story time again, The person calling was laughing and joking about stuff but they thought they hung up the phone, but actually the answering machine recorded their talking and laughing and going on for about 3 minutes before it beeped and stopped recording things and hung up the phone. I can also make it more simple ... I was having yellow corn grits this morning that my lovely wife made for us when all of the sudden the phone rang and the answering machine picked up. Voices and laughter were recorded on the machine as the caller forgot to hang up their cell phone. Now you are wondering, Who called? And what were they talking about and laughing about? I can tell you that it is true, a fact, that a phone call did pick up voices on the answering machine and laughing and going on. We were able to distinguish who it might have been. One of our family had called but being distracted, forgot to hang the phone up. The things that they were saying were distorted because of the fact that a cell phone does a poor job of sending sound across the air especially from long distance calls. We kept the recording. We listened to it again and were pretty sure it was my wife's son and by the way they were acting on the recording, it seemed like they were either drunk or having some kind of goofy party. Yes, I say goofy because that's what it sounded like to me. I figure when people are stoned or drunk they laugh and cut up with each other and such. Could be that they were just happy and fooling around. Their laughter was very easy to recognize over the phone. This was One Original Post but was it worth reading? I seriously think not. I wrote it to prove my point. I will not get hardly any more than one or two likes or comments by my followers because most people don't want to read about WHAT I HAD FOR BREAKFAST because well, grits are not exactly something to call home about.

Before cellphones it was annoying when someone called and forgot to hang up or didn't do it properly. No way could you get an urgent message to that person - unless you went to their house.

No one better try to plagiarize this post ! Well I'm glad you didn't have a dog in a suit for breakfast . . . or maybe a dog in a suit called you this morning. I think of Flo's "Kiss my grits!"

I know what you are trying to implement here. It is better to be original than die a copy. Lol. And speaking of Breakfast, I don't like corn grits and I always have rice for every meal I have.
