hey pals,i have certain problems regarding PAYMENT through paypal.
1)i have an account in paypal but its unverified.for complete the verification they are telling to give my card number.i gave my card number but unfortunately,my bank denies to accept the request.
2)i came to know i wount be able to withdraw money from paypal less that $150.
....i am yet to get my first payment from paypal.is there anybody who has already got the payment and experienced the problems i am facing now.any suggestion?

Is your bank account still opened? Is it frozen for some reason? This is things that you need to ask yourself about the account. That would be the only reason why they will not verify your account with paypal. If your account is still opened and not frozen then i would suggest closing that bank account and finding a bank that can really help you out. I had no problem getting my paypal verified with my bank and i've also had where i've had payments to my paypal and transfered it to my bank and the most i've transfered was maybe $13. So I'm not sure why you are having all of these issues other then you need to get that bank account straingted out.
