Before I finish packing for the trip to Knoxville tomorrow I'll go wild for my second-favorite song that has "wild" in the title. Thanks to @teamfreak16 for also counting down his favorite wild songs. We are two wild and crazy people! Meanwhile, here's today's song. #2: Wild Wild Wind - Stonewall Jackson I think this is my second song with "wild wild" in the title. How wild is that?! If you listen to the song, the last thing you'll hear is "wild" music. No, this is a soft, gorgeous ballad from country legend Stonewall Jackson (yes, his real name). The standard country music theme -- boy is lonely because girl is gone -- is written and delivered in a stunning manner. It's usually the woman singing the blues because the man's got a wild streak, but the role is reversed here, and oh, are the results superb. This is one of my favorite Stonewall Jackson songs. Have fun in Knoxville and take it from me, most men cannot help their wild streaks, but also cool when the other shoe drops.
