Lunch Time Here - Frugal Meal

Hey guys, lunchtime here!
I just prepared myself a chicken salad and also a sweet sauce with a little of mustard and honey. Yummy, yummy, this man shall change something on his diet and let's do it right now!

Wow, Jollof Rice sounds like a really delicious dish. I read about it now on Wikipedia. You know that many dishes in Brazil came from Africa and we use lots of things you use in your cuisine as well!

@Lizirazo Not familiar, familiar, but I know things and prepare things. I love cooking and I know many ingredients we have here came from Africa, as the climate is almost the same and we grow the same veggies and stuff. That is why I have to visit Africa still in this life so I can prove all delicious things there!

I didn't really have lunch today. I had breakfast and then a big early dinner of steak with balsamic Fig sauce, white rice and corn, and a salad on the side

That sounds delicious, but try not to skip your meals. I know what I am talking about and this almost cost my life. =)

Sometimes days are really bad and we don't have the right time to prepare things. I totally understand that! Enjoy the egg sandwich and cup of tea/coffee (I love it too)! =)
