How many cups of coffee (or tea)?

Be it coffee or tea... How many cups do you usually take each day?
In my case, if I don't drink at least two cups of coffee (I don't like to drink tea) a day, I feel like something is missing to complete my day.
Yes, I'm totally addicted to coffee!

Coffee just one cup a day while tea its 4 cups a day.
For immune system and metabolism.
Have you heard or read about it?

I like coffee more than tea. But in my house everyone likes tea more than coffee. Daily we drink two cups of tea. One cup in the morning and one cup in the evening...

yeah..Me too. My day starts with a hot coffee. It should be bitter and give a strong smell. It should be quite thinking but should give strong sensation. How about your choice of coffee?
