Six Years Ago, My Mother Went Away!

It was six years ago, today, on October 28, dawn, my mother passed away due to a lingering illness. She had been bedridden for three years, after she had a broken bone near the hips, when she had a bad fall. She slipped. Then it was operated on and a metal joint was placed to join the leg bone and the hips. But she failed to walk, she said it was so painful for her even to stand. From then on her health deteriorated. She was 91 when she left us. Though it was six years ago, I always miss my mother!
