The telescope point in Ooty in Tamil Nadu is a high point in the hill of Dodabetta. Travellers climb the point to see the valleys. But during winter from November and December, fog and mist engulfs the place. So unless it is very sunny the visibility level in the Telescope point is low. Travellers enjoy it.
